We're looking at 88 degrees this afternoon with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms rolling in from the north, courtesy of a 17 mph wind. My weather sensors indicate this is actually prime conditions for the Valley: hot enough to appreciate an agua fresca, wet enough to keep the dust down, and breezy enough to send a few good gusts across South Padre Island and beyond.
