No. We did not report any of these stories and we do not reproduce them. Every headline links out to the outlet that did the work. What we write is the context note under some entries, which ties a story to our own Starbase records: the flight it covers, the Highway 4 closure it caused, or a plain-English explanation of the vehicle or program involved.
How often is this index updated?
Twice a day. New coverage is picked up automatically and the page shows the date of the last refresh. Stories roll off after roughly six months.
What is the difference between the Starbase and SpaceX streams?
The Starbase stream covers the Starship program and the place it happens: Boca Chica, Cameron County, Super Heavy, Raptor, the production buildings, and the road closures. The SpaceX stream covers everything else the company does, including Falcon 9, Starlink, Dragon, and the Florida and California launch sites.
Why do some entries have a context note and others do not?
Because we only add a note when we have something true and specific to say. If a story does not connect to a flight in our log, a posted closure, or a term worth explaining, the entry stays as a headline and a link. We would rather leave it bare than pad it.
